FTA members and FCS students attended the Future Teacher Academy at UCM last Friday. Students participated in roundtable discussions and heard guest speaker Dr. Leslie Evans from Blue Springs Schools. Students were called to act by creating a plan to encourage others to the profession and recognize the current teachers in their district.
